摘要
基于Yasushi Horii等人提出的多层左右手复合传输线理论,对原有结构与特性做了进一步的研究和分析,提出了改进措施,大幅度提高了原有中心频率,消除了高频时前端谐振现象,显著改善了带内特性。通过数值仿真,总结出各结构参数变化对中心频率及带内特性的影响,并在此基础上设计出一X波段,平面尺寸为5.1 mm×3.8 mm的高性能带通滤波器,其中心频率为9.5G,1 G带宽,带内损耗小于0.7 dB,8 G时S21衰减至-30 dB。
Ba structure pro presented in sed on the multilayered composite-right/left-handed transmission line posed by Yasushi Horii and referrence [1], some improvements are this paper. The improved structure is of higher center frequency, much less undesired resonances, and greater work passband. Moreover, a compact filter in X-band is proposed based on some conclusions of simulations. With particularly small dimension of 5.1 mm×3.8 mm at 9.5 GHz, the proposed filter demonstrates a good performance, such as 1G bandwidth , less than 0.7dB in-band loss, and the transmission coefficients(S21) at 8 GHz low to -30 dB.
