摘要
要实现数控加工,虚拟仿真加工是关键的一个环节。结合工艺专家或技工的经验、零件加工的一般与特殊规律来优化数控编程的方案,通过虚拟仿真缩短生产准备时间从而达到提高编程效率和加工工艺水平的目的。介绍了VNUC数控虚拟仿真技术在FANUC车削系统的应用技巧及方法步骤,并应用典型的加工实例进行了仿真加工及其编程。
To realize CNC machining, virtual simulation machining is a key link. From experiences of technology experts and technicians, and from the general and special laws of parts processing, CNC pro- gram was optimized to achieve the high efficiency and exquisite techniques of programming and short preparation time through virtual simulation. Techniques and processes of VNUC virtual simulation in FANUC turning system were introduced. Simulated machining and its programming were explained through typical instances.
