试论高校学生干部的成长现状及其培养方式

On the Present Status of the College Student Cadres' Growth and the Cultivating Mode

学生干部在高校的人才培养过程中具有"领头雁"、"酵母菌"、"粘和剂"和"奠基石"的作用。就其主流而言,学生干部的成长动机是健康的,角色期待是积极的,自我完善意识是强烈的。在学生干部的培养过程中,应该多管齐下、训导结合、因材施教,并对他们进行千锤百炼。

The function of college student cadres can be compared as that of the ＂leading goose＂, ＂saccharomycete＇, ＂binder＂ and ＂cornerstone＂ in the college education. In terms of the majority, the college student cadres＇ motive for growing is healthy, their role-expect is positive, and their consciousness of self-perfection is obvious. On this account, the authors think it necessary to work along multiple lines, combine training with instructing, teach the student cadres in accordance with their aptitudes, and cultivate their abilities in various forms in their development.
