With the further development of reforming and opening, the social structure and interest patterns is experiencing a great change. A series of disharmonious factors are affecting college students＇ psychology. As a result, psychological problems as well as ideological problems appear one after another. Strengthening and improving ideological and political education, putting emphasis on implementing humanity care and dredging students＇ psychology, are the task of ideological and political education demanded by the scientific developmental values. Showing humanity care to students in independent colleges is an effective way and the tendency of creating featured ideological and political education for students in independent colleges.
