Surge Analysis of Long Distance Product Oil Pipeline and Protection Measures.

分析长输管道系统水击产生的原因、特点及危害,结合长岭—株洲成品油管道输送工艺的特点,介绍了全线在水击保护控制方面采取的设置调节阀调节、泄压保护、站控系统顺序停泵保护、SCADA 系统超前保护与控制四种主要保护措施,并通过对三种典型事故的模拟与分析,说明了四种主要保护措施在事故工况时的保护作用。

By analyzing the causes,features and hazards of surge phenomena in long distance prod- uct oil pipeline,combining the characteristics of Changling-Zhuzhou product oil pipeline trans- portation process,four main protection measures including installing regulation valve,relief protec- tion,station control system pump sequence shut- down,and SCADA system protection in advance are proposed.The protective effect of the four main protection measures under accident conditions is in- troduced through simulation and analyses of three typical accidents.
