摘要
主要分析了气体膜分离过程中的三个阶段:溶解过程、扩散过程和解吸过程,并在基本假设下用三膜模型进行了描述,即在原料侧和透过气体主体与膜之间都存在着层流内层的气体膜,这两膜影响着气体与膜的传质,但对传质起着决定作用的是薄膜的各种参数和对不同气体的不同渗透率。
The three phases during gas membrane separation process,namely dissolution,diffusion and absorption are analyzed and described using three-film model on the basis of essential hypothe- sis.That is,two gas films exist in the internal lay- er of laminar flow between feedstock side and the membrane,between permeated gas and the mem- brane,which affect mass transfer of gas and mem- brane.But the factors that play a decisive role in mass transfer are the various parameters of the membrane and different permeability for different gases.
