摘要
射干为常用中药材,主要化学成分包括黄酮类和三萜类化合物,其中异黄酮类具有广泛的药理活性,在临床上应用广泛,而鸢尾型三萜类也具有较强的细胞毒活性。本文简要综述了近年来中药射干在化学成分和药理活性方面的研究进展。
The dried rhizomes of Belamcanda chinensis have been used as folk medicine for the treatment of cough and pharyngitis in China. The chemical constituents of the plant are flavonoids and triterpenoids. The isoflavonoids exhibit diverse activities and the iridal-type triterpenoids showed potent cytotoxic activity. In this paper, advances in research on phytochemical constituents and pharmacology of this plant are reviewed.
