摘要
对北京市财政高等教育投资体制、拨款模式所存在的弊端进行了多角度的深入分析研究,建议北京市财政对高等学校拨款模式进行重构,以期达到合理配置北京市高等教育资源的目的。
This article system and investment concerning the reform focuses modes of the on a thorough analysis of drawbacks of higher education investment modes in in Beijing. It the hope of of the fiscal investment also gives suggestions achieving a reasonable configuration of educational resources in Beijing.
