摘要 目的:探讨叉头蛋白(FOXP3)和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在复发性流产(RSA)患者绒毛组织中的表达,以及FOXP3与TGF-β1表达是否存在相关性。方法:对20例RSA患者(RSA组)和20例正常妊娠要求人工流产患者(对照组),收集手术中新鲜绒毛组织,采用免疫组化SP法检测绒毛组织中FOXP3和TGF-β1的表达情况。结果:两组患者绒毛组织中均有FOXP3和TGF-β1表达,且均主要表达于合体滋养细胞胞浆中,RSA组表达均低于对照组(均P<0.01),RSA组FOXP3和TGF-β1的表达不存在明显直线相关关系。结论:绒毛组织中FOXP3和TGF-β1表达下降可能与RSA的发生有关。 Objective:To observe the expression of FOXP3 and TGF-β1 in human villi of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA). Methods :Expression and distribution of FOXP3 and TGF-β1 were observed in 20 cases of patients with RSA and 20 cases of normal early pregnant women(controls) by immunohistochemistry. Results:The expression of FOXP3 and TGF-β1 was observed in both study objects,it was mainly expressed in endocbylema of syneytiotrophoblast. The expression in patients with RSA was lower significantly than that in controls (P〈0.01). The expression of FOXP3 and TGF-β1 in RSA patients had no obvious correlation. Conclusion:The lower expression of FOXP3 and TGF-β1 in human villi may be invovled in the pathogenesis of RSA.
