残肾幼鼠肾组织基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制物的表达与干预

摘要 细胞外基质(ECM)积聚引起的进行性的肾小球硬化与间质纤维化是各种原发性肾病或继发性。肾病发展至终末期肾功能衰竭的共同病理表现。近年来发现ECM降解酶系统,尤其是基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)及其抑制物(TIMPs)异常表达在此过程中发挥同样重要的作用。本实验用5/6肾切除幼年大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭模型模拟儿童慢性进展性肾脏病变,观察该类病变过程中肾组织MMP-2、MMP-9及TIMP-1蛋白的定位分布、表达及其变化特点及趋势,以及给予血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)和血管紧张素受体阻断剂(ARB)联合治疗的干预影响,报告如下。
