摘要
指出在城市规划建设中,建筑日照已成为建设社会主义和谐社会,维护城市公共利益的实际问题,以大同市二十多年来规划建设的实践,总结了建筑日照存在的问题,分析了问题产生的原因,提出在规划管理中解决日照问题的对策。
It pointed that building sunlight had been practical problems to build socialism harmonious society and maintenance urban public benefit in the urban planning construction. With more than twenty years＇ experience in Datong, the existing problems in building sunlight were generalized and the yielding reasons were analyzed and the resolving measures were proposed.
