摘要
针对由于使用功能改变需要大幅度提高楼板中梁的承载力和刚度的问题,提出了几种解决方案,还介绍了型钢混凝土结构的一些设计及施工要点,并指出型钢混凝土结构可以增加结构安全储备和延性,提高结构抗震性能,值得推广应用。
Aiming at the needs to improve the loading capacity and stiffness of the middle beam of the building floor for the changes in the functions, the paper points out some solution schemes, introduces some design for steel reinforced concrete and construction points, and points out the steel reinforced concrete structure can improve the emergency capacity of the structure and its ductility and to enhance its anti-seismic grade. And it can used extensively.
