摘要
从吕梁市公路养护管理的复杂性出发,阐述了实施安全保障工程的必要性,探讨了实施安全保障工程的原则、标准及相应的对策,总结了安全保障工程的具体做法及经验,对安全保障工程进行了后续评价。
The paper started with complexity of highway maintenance and management in Lvliang, the necessary of implementing safeguard engineering was illustrated. The principle, standard and corresponding countermeasures of implementing safeguard engineering were discussed and the specific method and experience of implementing safeguard engineering were generalized, the subsequent appreciation of safeguard engineering was given.
