摘要
探讨了工程项目综合管理的原则,提出了工程项目综合管理的方法,即沟通与协调,阐述了工程项目综合管理的内容,以保证项目的整体性,解决项目实施过程中的各种矛盾,确保工程项目总体目标的顺利进行。
The paper discusses the principles of the comprehensive management of projects, points out the methods of the comprehensive management, that is the communication and coordination. It illustrates the contents for the comprehensive management of projects, in order to assure the wholeness of the projects, to solve all sorts of problems in the construction process and to make sure the smooth development of the general aim of the projects.
