重视员工人格特征对员工离职的影响

摘要 员工离职问题的以往研究重点是与工作相关的态度等,本文认为影响员工离职的主要因素之一是员工人格特征。通过文献分析,本文认为人格特征对员工离职会产生影响,其中五人格模型中的责任心、宜人性、外向性、情绪稳定性与员工离职负相关,而经验开放性与员工离职正相关。依据此结论,企业可以通过招聘时的人格测试和在企业文化中强调责任意识这些简单经济的方法来降低员工离职。
