摘要
重庆市江北区工业经过长期的发展后,出现了投入不足、产业结构单一和发展空间受限制等一系列问题,加之受到地区间竞争的影响,近年来发展缓慢。为解决上述问题,运用SWOT分析方法,对江北区工业内在的优势、劣势以及外部的机遇和威胁进行分析,提出营造工业发展环境、优化产业结构和培育龙头企业等应对措施,以促进江北区工业的发展。
Industrial development in Jiangbei District, Chongqing Municipality has been slowing down in recent years due to a series of problems such as insufficient inputs, undiversified industrial structure, limited room for development and inter--regional competitions. By the methods of SWOT analysis of internal advantages and disadvantages, and external opportunities and challenges of Jiangbei District, this paper proposes countermeasures of creating development surroundings, optimizing in dustrial structure and cultivation leading enterprises to promote the further development of industry in Jiangbei.
