摘要
在市场经济条件下,我国经济微观主体在市场运作中存在普遍性的商业伦理失范问题。阻碍构建现代商业伦理的传统文化因素包括"农本工商末"的思想、重义轻利及亲缘文化等。在构建现代商业伦理进程中,必须改造社会文化,正确处理义利关系,树立竞争意识,提高商业主体的伦理道德意识。
Under the conditions of market economy, China' s micro-economic main bodies exhibit the problem of widespread business ethics loss in their marketing operation. The traditional cultural factors impeding modern business ethics include the notion of "business at the end of all trades", attention to the moral righteousness and negligence of the utilitarian profits, and phylogenetic culture. In the process of building a modern business ethics, we must transform the social culture, correctly handle the relationship between moral righteousness and utilitarian profits, establish a competition--consciousness, and raise business ethical awareness.
