摘要 以钛酸正丁酯为原料,用溶胶-凝胶法合成了二氧化钛粉体,测定了其在20 W紫外光下光催化降解甲基橙的活性,考察了制备过程中水醇用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间以及Fe3+、Nd3+、La3+、Sm3+、Er3+、Yb3+等金属离子的掺杂对催化剂光催化活性的影响。结果表明:当B液由3 mL水和15 mL无水乙醇组成时最好,450℃焙烧2 h比较合适,Fe3+掺杂量为0.075%时最好,Nd3+的最佳掺杂量为0.10%,几种稀土元素掺杂对光催化活性影响的顺序为Nd3+>La3+>Sm3+>Yb3+>Er3+。 Photocatalyst of titanium dioxide is prepared from tetrabutyl titanate by the sol-gel method. The photoeatalytic aetivity is evaluated by the degradation of methyl orange under 20 W UV light. The effects of water content, calcining temperature and time, and the doping metal ions of Fe^3+ ,Nd^3+ ,La^3+ ,Sm^3+ ,Er^3+ and Yb^3+ are studied. It is found appropriate to prepare the photocatalyst under the following conditions: the B solution is formed by 3 mL of water and 15 mL of ethanol, the catalyst is calcined at 450 ℃ for 2 h. With doping Fe^3+ in 0.075% or Nd^3+ in 0.10%, the activity of photocatalyst is improved obviously. The effect of dopant lanthanide ions on the photocatalytic activity decreased in the order: Nd^3+〉 La^3+〉 Sm^3+〉 Yb^3+〉 Er^3+.
