近年来,随着中国城市化进程的发展,介于城市市民与乡村农民之间的社会特殊群体"农民工"能否与城市居民进行良好的互动、融入到其所服务的城市中去,以及如何提升农民工的幸福指数逐渐成为了社会各界的研究热点。本文通过对现阶段农民工的社会融入现状的描述,分析了其障碍存在的原因,进而提出了解决问题的一系列可行性对策,以期对准确地把握农民工问题未来的走势和演变规律提供一定的借鉴。

In recent years, as China＇s urbanization process, how can the particular social group ＂peasant-work- ers＂ who stand between the urban and rural farmers carry out urban sound interaction and go into the cities they serve to, as well as how to enhance the happiness index of peasant-workers are becoming hot research points. This article descripts the status quo of peasant-workers＇ social inclusion, analysis the reasons for the existence of obstacles, and then puts forward a series of feasibility measures to solve the problem, hopes to provide some references to accurately grasp the future trend and the evolution rule of the problems of peasant-workers.
