中国研究型大学评价指标体系的研究

A Study of Assessment Index System of Research University in China

本文依据中国研究型大学的概念、内涵、功能和作用,采用问卷调查、专家会议研讨等方法,提出了中国研究型大学评价指标体系。以我国最早设置研究生院的29所大学为样本,对相关数据进行统计分析,确定了中国研究型大学评价指标体系中各项定量评价指标的门槛值,并提出了比较科学、合理的中国研究型大学定量判据方法。

The research university signifies a certain high level of development in national society, economy, and education, and is a special of institution type in the process of higher education development. The construction and development of research universities in China plays a significant role in accelerating the building of national innovation system, enhancing China＇s indigenous innovation capacity, and fostering top-level talents. This study explores the concept, nature and role of the research uni- versity, and proposes a scientific assessment index system for the research university in China, using surveys and expert opinions. The study then uses the data of China＇s first group of 29 graduate schools to estimate the threshold values of the quantitative indicators in the Index.
