蜂胶对不同龋敏感者变形链球菌临床分离株产酸影响的体外实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究蜂胶提取物对不同龋敏感者口腔变形链球菌临床分离株的产酸能力的影响。方法以BHI液体培养基为溶剂,分别配制pH=7.0的5 g/L和1.25g/L水溶性蜂胶溶液,1.5625 g/L醇溶性蜂胶溶液,并以空白液体培养基作为对照,加入高龋组,无龋组,国际标准株变形链球菌,厌氧培养48 h后离心,用精密酸度仪测定上清的pH值,计算出△pH,并进行比较。结果高龋组和国际标准株产酸能力明显高于无龋组;醇溶性蜂胶溶液和水溶性蜂胶溶液皆可使变链菌产酸能力降低,蜂胶各组与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。醇溶性蜂胶溶液和5 g/L水溶性蜂胶溶液降低产酸能力的作用比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是均明显高于1.25g/L水溶性蜂胶溶液;蜂胶对高龋组和无龋组细菌的影响没有显著性差异。结论蜂胶提取物影响变形链球菌的代谢,使变形链球菌产酸能力降低。 Objective To study the effect of propolis on acid producing ability of clinical isolates from strptococcus mutans of the patients with difference caries susceptibility. Methotlss Strptoeoeeus mutans from caries - active group, caries - free group and international standard strain group were put into BHI culture medium with 5g/L and 1.25g/L proplis extract in water, into BHI with 1.5625g/L proplis extract in ethanol and into BHI cu/ture medium which was taken as the control ; after anaerobic culture" for 48 hours, centrifugation was made,the pH value of supermatant in each solution was detected with aeurate acidity tester and △ pH was calculated; the results were compared. Results Acidogenencity of caires - active group and of international standard strain group was much higher than that of caries - free group ; proplis extract in water or in ethanol decreased the aeidogeneeity of streptococcus mutans; the comparison of each group with proplis to the control was of statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the effect comparison between the solution with proplis extract in ethanol and the solution with 5g/L proplis extract in water in decreasing aeidogenecity was of no statstieal significance while their ef- fects in decreasing aeidogenecity were obiously stronger than that of the solution with 1.25g/L proplis extrat in water; the effect of proplis in caries - active group was without significant difference from that in caries - free group. Conclusions Proplis extraet can affect the metabolism of streptoeoeeus mutans and decrease its aeidogeneeity.
