摘要 主要介绍了“米良1号”猕猴桃的营养成分及其含量,对猕猴挑的抗癌作用与小檗碱抗癌作用进行了探讨,认为猕猴桃抗癌作用不单是维生素C,而可能是猕猴桃中高含量的维生素C、猕猴桃碱及无机元素联合作用的结果。 In this paper,we have investigated the nutritive composition.the content and its disease-resistant and cancer-resistant function and by practising shown that frequently eation Ac-tinidia Chinesis Planch can prevented the gum and subcutaneous tissue from bleeding,we alsohave studied the cancere-resistant function of Actinidia Chinesis Planch and Berberine andconcluded that the cancer-resistant function probabl results from the joint effect of the high-content Vitamine C'actinidine and inorganic element of Actinidia Chinesis Planch.
