摘要
本文结合广东发展银行东莞分行建立全市金融信息网的实践，阐述了以分组交换网为主干组建金融信息网的特点及优势，并提出了用PSTN电话网作为通信后备的方法，介绍了目前广泛使用的TAINET－1496型调制调解器的使用方法和应用体会。
By combining the work of establishing the financial communication network of Guangdong Development Bank, Dongguan Branch, this essay illustrates the characteristics and advantages of establishing financial network by taking packet switching network as backbone,and proposes that PSTN serve as communication backup, while introducins the method and experience of using TAINET T - 1496 modem.
