The various ＂hero＂ stories of Yunnan minority folk literature have a long history and such heroes are brave and dedicated to the interests of the people, even willing to sacrifice themselves for the people. These stories embody the understanding and worship of such heroes by the minority groups in Yunnan, and are somewhat different from the implications of Han culture or Confucianism, which are the embodiment of their pristine ethics and praiseworthy culture.
