合作的广度和深度前所未有,矛盾与摩擦亦空前突出,这是当前中欧关系的主要特征。由于近年来欧盟微调对华政策,使矛盾与摩擦的一面凸显,中欧关系进入了一个大的调适和转型期。欧盟对华政策的调整有着复杂背景,其深层原因在于对"中国模式"及其影响的疑虑加深。虽然这种调整的负面影响不容忽视,但中欧加强战略借重、双方关系总体势头良好的基本面并未改变。今后双方要学会在复杂关系中共处,在磨合中继续携手前行。
Unparalleled breadth and width of cooperation in history mixed with unprecedented contradiction and friction is the major character of the current China-EU relations. Due to the slight adjustments of the EU’s China policy in recent years, the aspect of contradiction and friction of the relationship became prominent and protruding, ushering in a phase of major readjustment and transformation of the relationship. The background to the adjustments of EU’s China policy is complex, but the deep reason lies behind EU’s growing anxiety and worry about the 'Chinese model' and its influence. The policy adjustments on the part of EU undoubtedly have negative effects, but the main stream of the overall China-EU relationship remains positive, and their mutual strategic reliance on each other for support is being reinforced by common global challenges.
