摘要
目的:了解国产上海辰光乳腺线圈运行性能。方法:采用上海辰光乳腺线圈对55例女性患者行乳腺检查,对其MR图像的运动伪影、扫描范围、信噪比进行分析。结果:4例图像存在明显运动伪影,仅占9%;55例患者的Fov包括整个乳房及胸大肌,41例包括腋窝淋巴组织;53例患者的MR图像信噪比达1,占96%。结论:国产上海辰光乳腺线圈信噪比高,均匀性强,成像清晰;扫描范围大,可同时对乳腺、腋窝淋巴组织及胸大肌进行扫描成像。
Object: Understands mammary gland coil performance characteristic of the domestically produced Shanghai chunguang. Method: Inspect 55 example feminine patients by the Shanghai chunguang mammary gland coil, and analyse its MR movement false shade, FOV, the signal-to-noise ratio. Results: 4 examples have the obvious movement false shade, only accounting for 9%. 55 examples patient's Fov including the entire breast and chest muscle, 41 examples including armpit Lymphatic tissue; 55 example patient's MR image signal-to-noise ratio reaches 1, accounting for 96%. Conclusion: The domestically produced Shanghai chunguang mammary gland coil has the high signal-to-noise ratio, the cleared image quality, and the big FOV.
