Analysing the conditions and the problems of the infrastructure under the new situations, we give the corresponding solutions and suggestions. Project rulers should enhance the awareness of law, learn the related acknowledge in daily work and keep up with the industry regulations of our country and area so that we can protect the profit of our university with the arm of law.
