摘要
目的:探讨急诊内镜下套扎治疗肝硬化食管静脉曲张出血的护理体会。方法:对138例肝硬化食管静脉曲张出血患者在急诊状态下紧急套扎,实施整体护理。结果:增加了急诊止血成功率,抢救了患者的生命,无因护理不当发生并发症。结论:及时高效的做好术前准备,为患者争取了急诊治疗的机会及治疗的成功率。
Objective： To investigate the evaluation to emergent doscopic Ligation for patients with Livercirrhosis complicated with esophageal varices bleeding. Method： We carried out general nursing of 158 patients with livercirrhosis complicated with esophageal varices bleeding. Conclusiuon： Timely and highly efficient preparation before operation can increase the successful rates and survival rates of patients.There are no complications brought by general nursing.
