摘要
报道了莼菜中微量元素锌、铜、锰的火焰原子吸收分光光度法的测定.方法简便、省时,具有良好的精密度和准确度.试验了共存离子的影响,比较了6种湿法消解体系对莼菜的消解情况,并用微分电位溶出法(D.P.S.A)做了对照试验,结果一致.测定莼菜的相对标准偏差≤4.6%,回收率为99.2%~101.5%.
This paper reports the development of the determination of trace Zn,Cu and Mn in Brasenia schreberi J.F.Gmel by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The method is convenient to determin elements in Brasenia schreberi J.F.Gmel.The results show that method has good precision and accuracy with little interference. 6 wet samples’s decomposition with acid solution are compared.RSD was less than 4.6% and the recoveries were 99.2%~101.5%.
