提高换热器工艺可靠性的选型方法研究

摘要 用稳健性函数和工艺可靠性来描述换热器性能,依托参数设计和均匀设计表,提出了双侧流体温度、流量、污垢热阻均处于小区域浮动时换热器的选型设计方法.案例表明,本法较经典的选型设计方法能搜寻出更多的给定工艺运行可靠度的系列标准规格产品,并确定适宜各产品高可靠度运行的工艺操作条件. The technological reliability and the robust target functions are used to describe the properties of a heat exchanger. In the case of fluctuation of fluid temperature or flow and fouling rsistance within small range, the specification design process for selecting a heat exchanger has been presented with the aid of the method of parameter design and tables of uniform design. The cases prove that the method compared with traditional design process, can find out more national standard model products with highreliability within these given technological factors. The operation conditions of every heat exchanger with highreliability could be decided.
