摘要 研究秸秆板板件的贴面、贴面并封边、表面涂漆对其尺寸稳定性的影响。试验结果表明,板件的尺寸稳定性与板件处理工艺和所用处理材料密切相关,只将板件贴面而不封边,其尺寸稳定性几乎没有得到改善;采用PVC贴面和封边处理是改善秸秆板尺寸稳定性最有效的工艺措施;采用漆料对表面进行处理也能明显改善板件长度方向的尺寸稳定性。 Straw board was selected as a sample material, its dimensional stability, affected by veering, sealing and finishing were investigated. The results showed that there was a close relationship between the dimensional stability of the panels and the surface treatment methods applied. The dimensional stability of the panels can not be improved if the edges are not sealed. Veering and sealing with PVC are the most effective measures to improve the dimensional stability. Finishing can also improve the dimensional stability of panels along the longitudinal direction.
