未成年人是祖国的明天和未来,但由于各种原因,目前未成年违法犯罪呈攀升趋势。我国提出依法治国,建设社会主义法制国家,规范社会主义市场经济秩序,必须加强法制宣传教育,预防犯罪,提高未成年人的法律素质。

Teenagers are the future of China, but due to various of reasons, crimes of teenagers are rising currently. China proposes tp build a country under the rule of law, and to regulate the socialist market economic order. The rule of law education must be strengthened to prevent crime and improve the legal quality of teenagers.
