摘要
2008年3月13日,国务院印发"关于天津滨海新区综合配套改革试验总体方案的批复",原则上同意"天津滨海新区综合配套改革试验总体方案",这一批复为环渤海区域的发展带来良好契机,也成为带动中国经济发展的新一增长极。环渤海区域要借鉴对长三角发展的经验使环渤海区域经济发展办出特色。
On March 13,2008, the State Council issued the Reply on the General Program ot Gomprehensive Supportive Reform Tests to agree to the Gereral Program of Comprehensive Supportive Reform of Binhai New Area in principle. The reply brings good opportunity for the development of the regions suurounding Bohai. The region surrounding Bohai is expected to become an important region to drive economic growth of china. To undertake this responsibility, the region surrounding Bohai need to resolve their own problems, take the advantage of themselves and learn experiences of other economic regions. Based on the summary of experiences of the Yangtze River Delta, this article makes some effective suggestions to the development of region surrounding Bohai .
