Waste foamed plastics was modified to invent its nonpolarity into the polarity and prepare various colour paint with well adhesive power and well antacid,antalkaline,antisalt and antifreeging resistance.It is not undervaluable that comprehensive utiligation with the more and more “white pollution” for improving the environment.
