摘要
通过研究圆角曲面的加工路径及铣削过程,利用FANUC Oi-MB系统提供的宏程序功能编制出了具有通用性、适用性且应用简单的圆角曲面的数控加工程序。使用时只需在主程序中对相关变量进行赋值即可完成所需圆角曲面的加工。
By the way of studying the machining route of rounding curved surface and milling the couse, the numerical control machining program applied rounding curved surface that has commonality, applicability and simpleness which have been introduced by using the macro program of FANUC Oi-MB system . If you will accomplish a part machining of rounding curved surface by using it, you only need evaluate correlative variable in the main program.
