摘要
为了保证凸轮机构具有良好的结构性能和运动性能,必须正确选择和合理确定机构许用压力角。本文通过建立平面直动从动件凸轮机构力学模型,对其进行受力分析及推导计算。通过凸轮机械效率和压力角之间关系的研究,得到了机械效率随着压力角的真实变化规律。提出许用压力角应该与机构的摩擦状态有关,指出传统的方法确定凸轮压力角的不精确性。
To ensure that cam has a good structural performance and sports performance. It must be the right choice and rationally determine the cam body-pressure angle. In this paper, through the establishment of plane straight follower earn mechanical model, we analyzed its force and deduced calculations. Through the relationship between conducted cam efficiency and pressure, we got the regularity of the mechanical efficiency as the real changes pressure angle, put forward that pressure angle should be relevant of the state of friction. That the traditional method which determining cam body-pressure angle is inaccuracy.
