摘要
对数控超声波加工系统进行了研究,以工业控制机(IPC)和可编程多轴控制器(PMAC)构成主从分布式双微处理器结构作为系统的控制中心,在Windows2000环境下用Visual C++6.0语言开发的。在PMAC板上扩展相应的I/O转接板,同时采用松下高性能的交流伺服电机、伺服驱动单元、编码器等模块最终构成一个完整的开放性超声数控系统。
NC ultrasonic system for processing has been studied, Numerical Controlled Ultrasonic Machining System called the distributed-dual CPU structure adopts the industry PC (IPC) and programming multiple-axis controller (PMAC); IPC and PMAC are the control center of the system which completes Panasonic AC servo motor, servo control units and eneoders etc; and the software CNC system is developed with Visual C++6.0 in operation system of Windows2000.
