摘要
与现有的盘形凸轮的建模方法不同,利用Excel工具生成凸轮轮廓点的数据,在SolidWorks环境中直接利用三维点数据产生凸轮轮廓曲线,并通过拉伸特征完成盘形凸轮基体的三维建模,最后通过Cosmosmotion对凸轮机构进行运动仿真,验证了凸轮轮廓曲线的准确性。
A new skill for modeling of plane-cam is illustrated, which is different from the general modeling methods. The date of the plane-cam outline is generated by Excel, which is applied to produce the curve of the cam. Then the base of the plane-cam can be formed by extrude feature. The validity of the curve is validated by the motion simulation in Cosmostion.
