90年代的小诗面对汹涌的市场经济大潮和文学边缘化、多元化的重重压力,冷静从容地坚守自己的一方阵地,并在生存竞争中站稳了脚跟,稳操胜券。微型诗是从小诗中分离出来的一个品种,它在本期的发展尤为兴盛。微型诗形式精短小巧;内容精妙,微中见大;语言精炼,片言夺魄。本期微型诗品类繁多,题材广泛,涵涉丰富,并具有鲜明的时代特色。王尔碑与蔡培国是众多微型诗人中的优秀代表,他们的诗反映出了微型诗在诗艺上所取得的巨大成就。
Mini-poetry is a branch or a kind of small poetry. It is thriving and well-developed particularly in 1990s. It is exquisitely little and highly condensed in form; it is richly implied in meaning and content; it is elaborately refined in language. The mini-poem of this phase is of various kind, of wide-ranging subject matter, with distinctive characteristics of epoch as well. Wang Erbei and Cai Peiguo are the two remarkable represent- atives of the numerous poets of mini-poetry. Their poems reflect the tremendous achievements which mini-poetry has so far made in art and aesthetics.
