简析俄罗斯历史上的三次现代化过程

A Brief Analysis of the Three Modernizations in the History of Russia

现代化是一个历史过程,也是一个动态的发展过程,常被理解为实现社会经济、政治和社会机制的发展过程,是指工业阶段本身而言。现代化就是掌握一定历史时期最先进的工业技术、经济形式、伴随这一历史过程的社会和政治制度、文化水平等。俄罗斯现代化的问题已成为当代社会科学的中心问题之一。本文依据实现现代化所必需的几个社会前提条件,对俄罗斯历史上发生的三次现代化过程进行了分析。

Modernization is a historical process as well as a mobile process of development. As far as the industry era, it is usually considered as a comprehensive process of social economy, politics and social mechanism. Modernization means not only to grasp and control the most advanced industrial techniques, economic form but also the political systems and culture level that follow the techniques and economic form. The topic of Russian Modernization has become one of the hottest in the contemporary social science. This paper analyzed the three Modernizations in the Russian history as the pre-conditions that are necessary to the modernization.
