摘要
作为教学质量评估的重要组成部分,学生评教工作是充分保障和提高高校教学质量的有效手段。但在评教实践中存在着各种影响学生评教结果有效性的问题,为此须树立正确的评价目的,加强宣传提高评教者的素质,正确处理学生评教的结果,以提高学生评教结果的可靠性和有效性。
Appraisal of teaching made by student, as an important part of educational quality evaluation, is effective means to ensure and improve college teaching quality. However in fact, there are many questions during carrying out student appraisal of teaching. To solve these problems, it is necessary to erect correct goal of appraisal, strengthen propagation and enhance the stuff of evaluator; make correct treatment to the outcome of student appraisal of teaching so as to improve the appraisal's reliability and Validity.
