单向阀内液氮流动的二维流场数值模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用CFD数值模拟方法对某新型液压单向阀内部的流场进行了仿真计算;采用Gambit建立了阀内流道模型,Fluent计算选用标准紊流模型,进口为速度边界,出口为恒定压力边界;通过数值模拟,获得了阀内急剧变化的流场分布和阀心所受的不平衡液压力分布。研究成果为该截止阀结构优化设计提供了参考依据。 The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method is employed to simulate flow characteristics of a new type check valve designed for liquid nitrogen. The flow model of the valve is constructed with Gambit and calculated with standard turbulent model in Fluent software. The boundary conditions are inlet velocity and outlet pressure. The simulation shows that rapid fluctuation of flow characteristics and unbalanced pressure on valve spool existed, which provides a basis for valve optimum design.
