摘要
UV/FL-1型紫外分光/荧光检测器是用于高压液相色谱仪的一种新型多功能检测器,可以同时检测物质的紫外吸收和荧光发射。它采用双光路双流路结构,只用氘灯一种光源就能实现紫外分光和激发光分光荧光测量,并能在20g～600nm任意选定的波长上分别或同时检测。本文介绍该检测器的工作原理、结构和主要技术指标;给出定量、定性分析和混合物分离鉴定的六个应用实例。同时对有关的几个问题进行初步讨论。
Model UV/FL-1 detector is a new multifunctional detector of HPLC.It can detect UV absorption and fluorescence emmission simultaneously.The detector adopted a double beam and double flow route configuration.It can perform UV and Fluorescence spetropliotometry with only one deuterium lamp.UV and fluorescence can be measured separately or simultaneously at any selected wavelength between 200-600ntn.The working principle,structure and main specifications of tlie detector are presented.Six examples of quantitative and qualitative analyses and mixture characterization are given.Some of its features are discussed preliminarily.
