摘要
由于岩浆岩的侵入,通乐井田地层的硬度大,钻头损伤严重。通过研究PDC钻头磨损严重、脱落折断、胎体裂纹及粘钻的原因,对钻头进行了技术改进,并在严格实施钻进操作技术程序化的情况下,使新式钻头平均寿命较旧式的延长13.66%,钻进效率提高33.33%,挤夹钻孔内事故率下降了71.05%,取得了较好的应用效果。
Because of igneous rock intrusion, rocks in the Tongle minefield have higher hardness thus caused serious bit damage. Through causation researches of PDC drilling bit serious abrasion, break off, matrix fissure and sticking, improved drilling bit technically. Under the strict execution of drilling operative technique routinization, prolonged average operating life of new-style bit 13.66%, increased drilling efficiency 33.33%, lowered down sticking and wedging failure rate 71.05%, thus better effects of application obtained.
