摘要
根据电脑主板使用条件,分析了其配件长寿命铝电解电容器的设计原理。通过低比电阻高温稳定性好的工作电解液等关键技术的突破,制得的电容器具有低漏电流、低阻抗、耐高频高纹波和耐高温的特点,在带负载的耐久性试验中通过了105℃,5000h考核,达到电脑主板线路长寿命的工作要求。
According to the using conditions of computer main boards, to analysis the design principle of it's long load life aluminum electrolytic capacitors, through the key technology breakthrough of a working electrolyte with low-specific resistance and excellent high temperature stability, the capacitors have low leakage current, low impedance, high frequency and high ripple current resistance and excellent high-temperature characteristic for 5 000 h under load at 105℃. The aluminum electrolytic capacitors can be used in computer main boards with long load life.
