慢性间质性肾炎的病因与临床特点

摘要 慢性间质性肾炎（CIN）是一组由不同病因引起的、以间质单核细胞浸润、小管萎缩和间质纤维化为特点的临床病理综合征，又称慢性肾小管间质性疾病（Chronic Tubulointerstitial Disease）。近期的研究表明10％以上的ESRD是由CIN所致。
