趋化因子网络与系统性红斑狼疮：进展与展望
摘要
趋化因子是一组结构相似、相对分子量在8000～16000的小分子多肽，趋化因子家族的成员众多，迄今已发现了50种以上。根据趋化因子N端保守半胱氨酸的数量和排列方式，可将其分为CC族、CXC族、CX3C族及C族（C为半胱氨酸，X为其他任意氨基酸）4个家族。
