A Clinical Analysis of 141 Cases of Rheumatic Valvular Reart Disease

分析风湿性心瓣膜病141例，并与以往资料比较。结果表明：风湿性心瓣膜病仍是心血管病的常见类型，发病年龄后移，老年人发病率上升，各瓣膜受损率无明显变化，并发症以心衰居多，其次是心房颤动。对风湿性心瓣膜病的诊断与防治进行了讨论。

141 cases of rheumatic valvular heart disease were analysed and were compared with theprevious information.The rasult shows that rheumatic valvular heart diseaes is a commontype of angiocardiopathy.The age of getting the disease tends to be older and the disease incidence of the old tends to increase.The damage rate of each valve has no obvious changes.Themost complications are the central weakening and the mext are the auricular fibrillation.Combining with other documents.the authors of this aticlediscuss the diagmosis,the preventionand the cure of rheumatic valvular heart disease.
