With the development of the information and globaliza-tion, the open innovation will sub-stitute for the closed innovation. The technological innovation’s bottleneck has restricted the de-velopment of rural enterprise for many years. The open innovation pattern contributes to overcome the difficulties, which has enlighten-ment significance to strengthen the innovation ability.
