摘要
目前我国经济型饭店发展迅速,但是要增强竞争力,必须走集团化道路。本文阐述了我国经济型饭店的基本概念,分析了国外经济型饭店集团化的基本模式,并提出了我国经济型饭店集团化发展的战略。
Nowadays,the budget hotels have developed very fast in China. However,we must carry out grouping management to strengthen the competitiveness of the budget hotels. This paper analyzed the conception of budget hotels and explored the strategy of grouping de-velopment of budget hotels in China based on the char-acteristics of the budget hotels and successful expe-rience of the international known hotel group.
